Call Handler
OFFERING YOU:-
•Large Financial Services company based at Clyst St Mary are looking for several Call Handlers to join their busy team.
•To answer calls from policyholders within timescales and meeting the standard required ensuring each caller receives an excellent customer experience.
•To deal with a wide variety and high volume of calls from customers.
•To give excellent and professional service to all customers, both internal and external.
•To be responsible for the completeness and accuracy of work generated from the phone calls.
•To assist with the development of the helpdesk, ensuring an excellent experience for customers.
•Call centre is open 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday and 9am – 1pm Saturday you will be required to work 35 hours per week on a shift basis.
REQUIRES OF YOU:-
•Relevant customer service is desirable, especially gained in a call centre environment
•5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, including Maths and English

Salary: £14,000-£16,000
